Hello! Looking for a therapist? I've been there.

The search for the right therapist can be an overwhelming process. You may be wading through therapist websites and profiles searching for someone who specializes in a certain issue, someone you can trust,  and someone who simply “gets” you.

I want to make it easy for you to get the information you need. Here is a succinct summary of what I do:

  • My name is Nicole "Lynn" Nishimura and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #122236) in the state of California.

  • I provide online individual or group therapy sessions via video conferencing, also known as telehealth, to adults (18 y.o. +) located in the state of California. I do not do in-person therapy sessions.

  • The focus of my work is to assist individuals with their anxiety.
At this time, I do not offer couples or family therapy.

  • My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all gender identities, sexual orientations, racial-ethnic identities, countries of origin, religions, and abilities and I have experience providing therapy in the LGBTQ community.

That’s the short answer. Please visit my about and services pages for more detailed information. I strongly encourage an initial video call consultation so we can meet and see if we are a good fit. If you decide you would like to meet for a free 15-minute consultation or simply have further questions, please visit my contact page to connect.
